week #9 Review
It's becoming a horse race. Team Doug Maguire has closed the gap on first place to a measley 6 points. Team Richardson is trailing only by 11. It's getting hot and each team is looking toward their captain for leadership and experience.
That being said I offer you this. Watch out for MAGUIRE. Doug that is. He's been there, done that. He knows how to win and he doesn't CRACK under pressure. Cronin is starting to show signs of his inexperience, and everbody is just waiting for Richardson to wilt too. Can Sullivan and Curran continue to rack up points like Willy Masconi???
What a week coming up. Cronin vs Magiure et all. Here's my prediction. When the dust is settled
Maguire beats Cronin 12-6 ( another disappointing night for the captain )
Antonelly and Layne battle 10-8 ( Layne looses on the last hole)
Sullivan and Collins jr 14-4 ( Sullivan continues to smoke his opponents. )
Curran and Berton sr also battle to a 10 -8 finish , advantage Curran.
You do the math!

McLeod versus Retjos
In my 3 years of writing I have learned one thing.....you must write them as you see them. In this case Mcleod versus Retjos would be too painful to watch. I hope for the leagues sake that they are not teeing off early. Between those two I'm putting my money on Mcleod, I believe he'll shoot a cool 59 versus Retjos's 64. Thats if they count their strokes the right way not like some other players who shall remain unnamed! ( Mike, pick it up( a 10 footer) thats good) !!!!!!
