Propsal: First come first serve tee times

Do we have to have set tee times this year? If you are get to the course early and the person you are playing gets to the course early you should be able to pair up with another two some.

This is only a suggestion. But I think this would also allow folks to play together in a group that don't normally get to play together because of the schedules.

1.) Have a signup sheet where you pick up your scorecard. _Only_ when you and the person are playing are at the course can you sign up for a twosome slot. (No putting your name down on the sheet when you opponent calls your cell and says I be there in 5 min, you both must be at the course.)
2.) A twosome can never go out unless they are in the last slot (No one else left)
