Proposal: Flight Changes Before Draft

Introductions of new players (replacements) may be inserted into last years final standings causing some players to move down in flights. The final standings for the new "A" flight should be exempt from this new player insertion because they have earned the title of new "Team Captain" for the following year.

Can you give an example?

Earned? Nobody earned anything. Just like in past years when we have our 24 regs, we divide the flights. It never made a difference what happened last August, it is a new year.why are we changing this what is the advantage?
